BAZARUTO DIVING
Immerse yourself in the warm, clear waters of the Indian Ocean for some of the best diving in the world. Fin past unspoiled reefs full of life, underwater petrified forests, colourful reef fish and larger species such as turtles and reef sharks. You may even get to see dugong and whale sharks!
You will be staying on Benguerra Island, the second largest in the archipelago. Your base is the beautiful Benguerra lodge set on the beach in a sheltered position. The dive centre is located next to the lodge so its just a quick stroll before you board the dive boat and head off in search of your first adventure. There are plenty of dive sites situated nearby, but if you fancy even more of an adventure there are deeper sites a little further away.
During your stay on the Island you can dive as much or as little as you want. There is plenty to occupy you should you you want to experience some dry adventures - fishing, horse riding, bird watching and many more experiences await you, that is if you can drag yourself away from the underwater paradise awaiting you offshore.
Diving allows you to enter a new and beautiful world, one that we are normally excluded from by our irritating need to breathe air. But with a tank strapped to your back and all the necessary equipment you will be ready to explore all that it has to offer.
