Masai Mara Riding Safari
The Masai Mara is one of the most famous game reserves in the world, with huge migrations of herbivores and their accompanying predators creating one of the natural wonders of the world. Riding out in this environment is an adventure, you never know what you might see and by being on horseback you can get closer to all the action.
This trip is mobile and moves between several camps over 11 days, this gives you the opportunity to explore the area in more depth and see the various aspects of the landscape. The length of this trip also allows plenty of time for fully appreciating the game in the Masai Mara area. You will have the opportunity to view Lion, Zebra, Hippo, Giraffe and Elephant to name but a few.
One of the most exciting times to ride here is during the annual migration between June and October when huge herds of Wildebeest, Zebra and Thompsons Gazelle move across the plains.
This is a ride for experienced riders. You will be riding in remote country in the presence of big game. You should, therefore, be comfortable at all paces, have a secure seat and be a regular rider.
